So, you’re interested in the idea of creating, viewing, and posting to other people’s Shouty streams, but you’re not sure where to even begin. That’s cool, we get it! Anything new can be hard to understand at first. Check out this nifty little write-up of  Shouty's most basic functions, and once you understand the basics, go download it from the App Store and try it out for yourself!

Log-In/Sign Up:
Pretty standard, this is the first page you will see when creating or logging in to your Shouty account. When creating a new account, just enter your email address and phone number along with your chosen username and password, and BOOM, you’re in.

Preferences:
Choose which sports, music, fashion, and lifestyle influencers and brands you want to follow. These could be singers, basketball players, models or even your favorite chef. The point is that you only see what you want to see!

Camera/Navigation Screen:
Once an account has been created and preferences have been selected, the camera screen will be your default screen when logging in to or opening up the Shouty app.

Want to post a picture or video to an event page? Simply tap the ripple in the middle to record a video. It will turn red and glow for the duration of time it is recording. Tap the circle to the right of the ripple to capture a photo.

Not only is this screen the camera, but it also navigates the app:

  • Swipe up to view your profile.
  • Swipe down to view categories with event feeds.
  • Swipe left to view the map.
  • Swipe right to manage your posts.

Now that you have a basic idea of how to use our app, head over to the App Store and start discovering the rest of what Shouty has to offer! Check back for more tips and insights coming up on the blog in the near future.
